Will Ferrell
Will Ferrell rose to fame as a member of "Saturday Night Live," before appearing in such big-screen comedy films as 'Elf"Anchorman," "Talladega Nights.' In 1967, in Irvine, California, Will Ferrell began his career in comedy while part of the improv group based in Los Angeles called the Groundlings. Following his famed seven-year stint as a performer on Saturday Night Live, he was one of the film industry's most popular comedic performers through off-color successes like Old School (2003) and Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell co-founded Funny or Die, a well-known video streaming site. He also enjoyed his success as a voice actor in animated films , such as Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was conceived in Irvine, California on July 16th, 1967. The youngest child of Righteous Brothers keyboardist Lee Ferrell and teacher Kay Ferrell, Will was--by his own admission--hardly the class clown as a student at University High School.
